How is P4 Software deployed?
P4 Software is 100% cloud-based, hosted on Microsoft Azure. There's no on-premise hardware to install or maintain. You access the platform through a web browser from anywhere, with enterprise-grade security and 99.9% uptime SLA.
How secure is my data?
We maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. All data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL in transit and at rest. We are GDPR compliant and offer data residency options within the Americas.
Can P4 Software integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. All P4 products are built with an API-first architecture. We offer pre-built integrations with SAP Business One, and our RESTful APIs allow integration with virtually any ERP, e-commerce platform, or third-party system.
Do I need to use all six products?
No. Each P4 product works independently. Many clients start with one product (like P4 Warehouse) and add others as needed. The products are designed to work seamlessly together, but there's no requirement to use the full suite.
What support is included?
All subscriptions include standard support via email and phone during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM EST). Enterprise plans include dedicated account managers, priority response times, and 24/7 emergency support.

P4 Software serves 32 countries across North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Our platform supports multi-currency, multi-language (English and Spanish), and country-specific tax and compliance requirements.
