Our product suite covers warehouse management (WMS), ERP, customs brokerage, asset management, and electronic invoicing - all delivered from a single, API-first cloud architecture operating across 32 countries and serving 500+ clients.

Our brand identity is deliberate. The deep blue communicates trust, stability, and enterprise-grade reliability - the qualities our clients demand when their operations depend on us. Brand Standards

Usage Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to ensure consistent and professional brand presentation across all touchpoints.

Use approved logo files only

Always download logos from this page. Never recreate or manually typeset the P4 Software wordmark.

Don't

Do not stretch or distort the logo

Always maintain the original aspect ratio. Scaling must be proportional - never stretch width or height independently.

Maintain clear space around the logo

Always surround the logo with clear space equal to the height of the "P4" lettermark to ensure visual clarity.

Don't

Do not place logo on busy backgrounds

Avoid placing any logo variant on low-contrast, heavily patterned, or photographic backgrounds where legibility is compromised.

Use the correct color variant for context

Use the full-color logo on white/light backgrounds, the white version on dark/blue backgrounds, and B&W for print applications.

Don't

Do not recolor or apply effects to the logo

Never change the logo colors, apply gradients, drop shadows, outlines, or any visual treatment that is not part of the approved variants.

Use navy for structural elements, orange for CTAs

Anchor navigational and structural UI with primary navy (#0A5FAD). Reserve accent orange (#FBAD48) for primary call-to-action buttons to maximize visual hierarchy.

Don't

Do not use orange on large background fills

The accent orange is visually demanding. Restrict it to buttons, icons, and highlights. Large orange panels create visual fatigue and dilute its signal value.

Maintain WCAG AA contrast (4.5:1) for body text

All body text must meet a 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio. Use dark navy (#042d6b) on white backgrounds and white on navy or dark blue backgrounds.

Don't

Do not place orange text on blue backgrounds

Orange (#FBAD48) on primary blue (#0A5FAD) fails WCAG AA contrast requirements. Use white text on blue, and dark navy on orange-tinted surfaces.
